Director of Opcadia (Lyon), Romain Rissoan has trained professionals since 2009. He runs a Qualiopi-certified training organisation and has trained more than 10,000 people across public and private sector clients. His organisation has gone through the full Qualiopi lifecycle — initial certification audit, surveillance audit and renewal — giving him direct, first-hand knowledge of what auditors look for and where organisations typically fall short.
Author of five books on digital skills and professional development, Romain holds 20,000 LinkedIn followers and is fluent in English. That combination of editorial authority, public profile and operational depth means he understands the French vocational training market from every angle: the regulatory framework, the funding architecture, the audit process and the day-to-day reality of running a training business at scale.

QF Quality Training is a brand operated by Opcadia SARL, registered with the Lyon Trade Register under number 529 187 395, headquartered at 80 cours Docteur Long, 69003 Lyon, with a share capital of €15,000. Opcadia is itself a Qualiopi-certified training organisation — it is not a consulting firm that advises on certification from the outside. That distinction matters: the quality procedures we recommend are the same ones we apply to our own organisation every day, and our evidence files are subject to the same COFRAC-accredited audits we help clients prepare for.
